Why the install matters for your warranty
Madimack requires professional installation, online registration within 30 days and proof of purchase. Freeze damage from a pool that was not properly winterized is excluded. That is the gap most owners miss: a heat pump left full of water in November is not covered.
- We size the unit to your pool and check your breaker and wiring capacity
- We install, start it up and show you the controls
- We register the unit with Madimack and email you the confirmation
- We winterize it at every pool closing, so freeze damage is not a warranty question
You can check your registration any time through Madimack warranty registration.

Is Madimack a good brand?
Madimack is an Australian pool equipment maker that launched in Canada in late 2023. Its heat pumps use inverter compressors that slow down as the pool nears temperature, which cuts running costs and noise. The warranty is among the longest parts-and-labour coverage we have seen offered in Canada.
Check spec sheets for cold-weather limits rather than headline claims. The InverELITE V2 specifications list operation down to about minus 10°C, which covers an Ontario May and October.
