Weekly pool maintenance from Limitless Pools costs from $69 per visit. Each visit covers skimming, brushing, vacuuming, emptying baskets, checking filter pressure, testing the water and balancing chemicals, followed by a short note with your readings.
What every maintenance visit includes
- Skim the surface and empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Brush walls, steps and waterline
- Vacuum the floor
- Check filter pressure and backwash or clean as needed
- Test chlorine or salt, pH, alkalinity and calcium
- Add chemicals to balance, and note anything that needs repair
Weekly or every two weeks?
Choose weekly service if your pool sits under trees, runs on salt or gets heavy family use, because debris and chlorine demand build up fast. Every two weeks suits open, sunny yards with light use, as long as you check chlorine with a test strip between visits.
| Plan | Best for | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly | Pools under trees, salt pools, heavy family use | $69 per visit |
| Every two weeks | Open yards, light use, owners who test between visits | $79 per visit |
| Vacation visits | Keeping water safe while you are away | $79 per visit |
Cloudy or green water
Cloudy water usually means low chlorine, high pH or a filter that needs cleaning. Green water means algae has started. Both are fixed faster when caught in the first day or two, which is the main reason weekly service costs less over a season than repeated rescue visits.
For background on safe swimming water, see Health Canada's recreational water guidance. Start-of-season problems are covered by our pool opening service, and equipment faults by pool equipment repair.

Questions about pool maintenance
How much does weekly pool maintenance cost in Kingston?
Limitless Pools weekly maintenance costs from $69 per visit, depending on pool size and whether you choose weekly or every-two-weeks service. Chemicals are listed separately in your visit note.
Do I still need to test my water between visits?
With weekly service, no. With every-two-weeks service, a quick test strip check midweek, especially after heavy rain or a pool party, keeps things on track.
Can you clean a green pool?
Yes. Green pool clean-up is quoted separately because it needs extra shock, brushing and filter cleaning, and often two or three visits until the water is clear.
Do you offer maintenance for above ground pools?
Yes. Above ground pools get the same visit: skim, brush, vacuum, test and balance, plus a check on hoses and the liner.
