Limitless Pools collects only the details needed to book and complete your pool service: your name, phone number, email, service address and pool details. We use them to confirm, schedule and record your service. We do not sell them. Email hello@limitlesscompany.ca to see, correct or delete your information.
What we collect and why
- Booking details: name, phone, email, town or address, pool type and notes, so we can confirm and complete your visit.
- Service records: visit notes, water readings and equipment details, so the next visit starts with your history.
- Website data: basic, anonymous traffic statistics to understand which pages help people.
Booking requests are stored in our customer management system and are only used by Limitless Pools and its parent company, Limitless Co., to provide and follow up on your service. We keep records for as long as you are a customer and for tax and warranty purposes after that.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@limitlesscompany.ca. Canadian privacy rights are explained by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
